We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance. If you hit a barrier, we want to know — and we will help you complete your transaction another way in the meantime.

Our commitment

  • ·Bayshore Bullion Exchange is committed to making this site usable by the widest possible audience, including people with visual, motor, cognitive, and auditory impairments.
  • ·We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the W3C.

What we have done

  • ·Semantic HTML structure — proper headings, landmarks, and lists so screen readers can navigate the page logically.
  • ·A skip-to-main-content link at the top of every page for keyboard users.
  • ·Keyboard navigability — every interactive element (links, buttons, cart, checkout) can be reached and operated using only the keyboard.
  • ·Visible focus states on links, buttons, and form fields so keyboard users can always see where they are.
  • ·Alt text on product images and meaningful imagery; decorative imagery marked with empty alt or aria-hidden.
  • ·Sufficient color contrast between text and background in both dark and light themes.
  • ·Resizable text — the layout reflows up to 200% zoom without loss of content or function.
  • ·Responsive layout that works on phones, tablets, desktops, and large displays.
  • ·Form inputs paired with labels and error messages associated via ARIA where appropriate.

Known limitations

  • ·Some third-party embedded widgets (live spot ticker, social embeds) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. We monitor and replace vendors as accessible alternatives become available.
  • ·Some legacy product images may have generic alt text; we are updating these as inventory is refreshed.
