Returns Policy.
Bullion is a commodity tied to a live, volatile market. Returns are accepted only in the cases below.
All sales final — no refunds
Bullion prices move continuously and inventory turns within hours. For that reason all sales through Bayshore Bullion are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed (orders start at our $1,000 minimum) and the spot is locked, the transaction stands — buyer’s-remorse returns are not accepted, regardless of how spot has moved since purchase.
If you want to liquidate metal you’ve already taken delivery of, we will gladly buy it back at current spot under our standard buy-back program. That is a new transaction, not a return of the original order.
Replacement-only exceptions
- ·The wrong item shipped (our error) — contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We issue a prepaid return label and ship the correct piece. No refund; replacement only.
- ·The item arrived damaged in transit — refuse delivery if the damage is visible at the door. Otherwise, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photo evidence of the outer box and the item; we issue a prepaid return label and replace once received.
- ·Authenticity dispute — if independent XRF assay shows the item is not as described, we replace with a correct piece of equal value. Bring the disputed piece in with the assay report.
- ·Sealed mint packaging and third-party graded coins (PCGS, NGC, ANACS) must remain in original sealed holders. Broken seals void replacement eligibility unless the dispute is authenticity-based.

Items that cannot be returned or replaced

- ·Graded coins removed from PCGS, NGC, or ANACS holders.
