Shipping Policy.
Every package leaves our shop fully insured, signature-required, and tracked end-to-end.
Shipping rates
$15 flat fully-insured shipping on every order, anywhere in the continental United States. No surprise surcharges, no fuel adjustments, no dimensional-weight games.
$1,000 order minimum applies to all online orders.
International shipping is quoted per order — contact us before placing the order.
Carriers & insurance
- ·USPS Registered Mail (default for orders under $25,000) — fully insured with full declared value.
- ·UPS Next Day Air with full declared-value insurance for orders $25,000+.
- ·Adult signature is required on every delivery. No exceptions, no signature waivers.
- ·The shipping address must match the billing address unless arranged in advance.
Processing time
- ·Zelle: typically ships within 1 business day of cleared payment.
- ·Cash payments are accepted at the Keansburg counter (local pickup only).
- ·Total processing window: 1–3 business days from cleared payment to carrier hand-off.
- ·Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days for USPS Registered insured; 1–2 business days for UPS Next Day Air on large orders.
- ·Tracking is emailed the moment the carrier scans the package.
Local pickup
In-store pickup is always free. Bring a government-issued ID matching the order name. Pickup hours are Mon–Fri 10am–5pm, or by appointment weekends.

Lost or damaged packages
In the rare event a package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us immediately. We file insurance claims on the customer’s behalf and replace or refund once the claim resolves. Do not sign for visibly damaged packages — refuse delivery and call us.
